Houses

There are three houses:

CURIE                                                              

DU MAURIER                                                    

NIGHTINGALE                          

Each House has a House Captain who helps the Housemistress to run the House. The House Captain is in charge from the beginning of the summer term in one academic year to the end of the spring term of the following academic year.

Each girl has a House badge, which she should wear when she is wearing school uniform.

Girls may be awarded house points for excellent work and for exceptional performance in other areas.

The house points are totalled up at the end of each term. The junior cup is awarded to the junior girl with the most house points and the senior cup is awarded to the senior girl with the most house points.

A cup is awarded at the end of the academic year to the House with the highest number of house points collected throughout the year and a prize to the girl awarded the most house points during the year.
